How it Works

Step 1 — Intake & Orientation
I conduct a confidential intake with each parent/guardian to confirm court directives, discuss safety and logistics, and gather background that supports your child’s wellbeing. I review visit locations, arrival/departure protocols, communication rules, and documentation practices. I outline what to expect during visits and what appears in reports. Once everyone understands the guidelines, I schedule your first supervised visit.

Step 2 — Visitation Plan
I schedule visits, confirm locations, and set clear do’s and don’ts based on the order and the child’s needs. I verify who transports the child, the exchange locations, and any restraining or no-contact orders.

Step 3 — Supervised Visits
I am present and observant for the full visit, I document interactions, and I intervene when safety or order compliance requires. If a visit cannot proceed safely, I pause or end it according to policy.

Documentation & Reports
I maintain factual notes. If a report is ordered or requested, I provide a neutral summary within the agreed timeline.

Safety & Neutrality
My role is to support child safety and court compliance—not to take sides.
