We encourage age‑appropriate activities. No discussion of case details, adult conflicts, or coaching the child. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons.

Monitors do not record visits unless explicitly authorized by the court and both parties. We keep neutral observation notes.

If subpoenaed, we comply with legal process. Expert witness work or travel time is billed per policy.

We wait 15 minutes then consider it a no‑show per policy. 100% of the fees will apply.
